Every year at SOLAREC we collect 1.6 billion litres of milk and transform it according to the needs of our manufacturing, artisan and professional customers or end consumers.
Key figures: 50,000 tonnes of butter, 180 million litres of milk, 110,000 tonnes of powder and 30,000 tonnes of mozzarella.
Thanks to strictly controlled processes and a network of exclusive producers, our customers are assured of receiving products of consistent quality, all year round.
