The Laiterie des Ardennes Group and Mr. Louis Ska jointly announce the conclusion of their collaboration, by mutual agreement. Mr. Ska will step down from his position as Chief Executive Officer effective 28 August 2025. Mr. Ska will step down from his position as Managing Director effective 28 August 2025.

The Board of Directors wishes to extend its sincere gratitude to Mr. Ska for his commitment and his significant contributions to the development of the Group throughout his tenure.

Pending the appointment of a new Chief Executive Officer, and in order to ensure the continuity of operations:

• Mr. Patrick Georges (Chief Manufacturing Officer) has been appointed Interim MD of Solarec and Logirec,

• Mr. Benoît Hoscheit (Chief Financial Officer) has been appointed Interim MD of Laiterie des Ardennes.
